Some of our rental services are self serviced by us, for which for which the standard convenience charge will be applicable. 50% advance must be paid for booking and blocking the date. Two days prior to the booking date, the full payment with convenience fee should be paid.
There is a 'Security Deposit' charge (according to the value of the products) on few services with which you will have to submit a original proof for the rental period.
Once the self pickup products (service) are returned back, it will be checked. If it is received in good condition, the security deposit and original proof will be given back. If not, the amount will deducted from the security deposit according to the damage of the product. Receipt is mandatory for the return of security deposit. Original proof: Valid driving license, passport, voter ID and Ration card.(Aadhar card not accepted).
Rental period is for 3 Days including the pickup day, event day and return day.
Any extended period incurs a nominal additional rental charge; please enquire this prior with us.
We do permit you to keep the rental products for extended duration, provided you accept to pay the extra day rental charges and have informed us prior and the rental products is not pre-booked for the next renting client.
Easy cancellation can be done prior 1 week of the booking date with full refund.
In case of cancellation within the week of booking date, the advance amount won’t be refunded.
Refund will be processed immediately within the 1 day of cancellation.
